RCPL BOARD – Section Leaders

The heads of each section – rats, mice, and exotic rodents – play a key role in the structure of the association. Their main task is to oversee the quality and substantive level of the knowledge shared within their sections. They support beginner breeders with guidance, experience, and knowledge, promoting responsible and conscious breeding. Thanks to their involvement, each section runs smoothly, and the knowledge provided is reliable, up-to-date, and aligned with the best breeding practices.

RAT SECTION

Justyna Koczorowska

An animal behaviorist specializing in rat behavior, with over 15 years of experience in breeding these intelligent rodents. She has been sharing her expertise for years as a webinar speaker and author, actively promoting education on welfare, communication, and proper rat care. Her approach combines hands-on breeding experience with a deep understanding of species-specific behavior.

MOUSE SECTION

Wiktoria Kelm

An experienced breeder of mice and small exotic mammals, active in the breeding community since 2019. From the start, she has been fascinated by genetics – understanding how traits are inherited and how specific alleles work has become her passion and developmental path. Privately a craft artist, regularly attending events as an exhibitor, promoting her creations. Matcha lover.

EXOTIC RODENTS SECTION

Dawid Nowakowski

He began his journey with exotic rodents in 2020 with steppe lemmings (Lagurus lagurus). This species sparked his deep passion for exotic rodents and wild mammals of the same order. In his breeding work, he emphasizes thoughtful pairings. Despite the lack of color varieties, he stresses the importance of selection in exotic breeding. He has cared for a total of 14 rodent species.
